MLQ's legal assistants will pick up your State, Federal or Bankruptcy Court filings and hand deliver them to the appropriate courthouse to be filed immediately. If you prefer, we can schedule a daily pickup, at a time convenient to you, for all your documents that need to be filed.
MLQ can also pick up documents from the courthouse and deliver them to you.
Through manual research of public court and government records, MLQ can locate documents related to cases, previous filings, zoning, tax assessments and other public documents. Legal research and document retrieval are charged on an hourly basis
MLQ can provide these services on a nationwide basis, from any courthouse in the country.
