Service of Process From the moment we receive your request, MLQ will serve your papers quickly and correctly. Same day service is available upon request. Incoming orders are handled by our in-office staff of paralegals knowledgeable in the service of process rules. Each summons and complaint or subpoena is served by experienced and insured process servers, who are permanently appointed in all metro Atlanta Courts where it is allowed. MLQ will make periodic calls to keep you posted on the progress of your order and a confirmation call to you within 24 hours of when the serve was completed; or you can sign on to our website to get updates on the status of your order. Unlike most other process servers, we prepare and send to you affidavits within 24-48 hours after the service is completed, or we can hand return them on a same day basis. One call to MLQ gets your papers served, locally, nationally or overseas. Out of town service of process and proof of service is coordinated by MLQ through its pre-screened and qualified network of process servers. All work is guaranteed and insured by MLQ. All process servers are covered by extensive Professional Liability / Errors & Omissions Insurance.
